Mark was great. Very responsive and clearly explained all the sizes and pricing and rules and regulations. It was a pleasure dealing with his professionalism.
Mark is always friendly and helpful. When I told Mark the door to our unit difficult to open he explained that he would contact the company that repairs the doors, would get availabe times for the techs to come out, call us then schedule them. He did this f it in a timely manner and we were first on the list when they techs arrived. The techs were efficient and explained the works they did.
Mark was great with the task at hand and his attention to detail is exemplary.
We needed the door to our unit serviced and Mark arranged the appointment so that we could be the first client today. This really reduces the wait time and we were finished in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again for accommodating our schedule today.
I was locked out of my storage building. I called Mark snd he came quickly to assist me. He took care of the problem and I was able to do my business without incident. I can’t thank Mark enough for his professional and kindness. I chose the right storage location!!

I've had a storage unit with Lockaway since 2015 and was looking to transfer to a larger unit. Mark was great! He took the time to go over and show me several units. He also informed me of current specials. Made my decision and transfer to the new unit extremely easy. Thanks again Mark!
