I have had an RV Space at Lockaway Storage for over ten years. The current manager, Mark does a fantastic job of running the site and addressing my concerns. I highly recommend their services
Lock away storage is a great place to store your RV. We’ve been there for maybe three years. They have cement pads, secure gates, on-site manager, no troubles. most recently we were leaving with our travel trailer To Go our annual two week camp trip but much to our surprise, management decided to shut the water resource off. It was so nice to actually speak with a HUMAN BEING. These days they make us talk to robots and other fake agents which makes it time consuming and very frustrating to get any kind of business done. I put in my initial request, Mark called me on the phone, and it’s amazing how much you can get done in a 5 minute conversation. He was polite, professional, and offered some great suggestions for what I needed to do. If I need a storage facility in the future guess where I’m gonna go?
My husband and I are moving from SoCal to the Bay Area and we haven’t found a place to live as yet so we needed a storage space to keep our stuff until we do find a place . My husband spoke to Mark and he had such a pleasant conversation. When I went to the office and met him myself, I was very impressed by his professionalism and willingness to help us out . The office was neat and spotless and he made the transaction painless and efficient! I’d recommend this business only because Mark is such an excellent person!
Convenient location to our home and environment is always nice and clean. We have been very happy storing our RV and with our roomy storage unit. Mark has been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

She has guided me through many issues during the nearly 12 years I have been her customer, all of which concluded with a solution that made everyone involved happy. She knows her business in and out, and I can honestly say that you couldn't be in better hands.
Mark was very helpful in arranging the service needed on the roll-up door to our unit. He made sure we were first on the service list and the work was completed quickly.
