There were a lot of hidden fees and it is not temperature controlled (which we were told.) Also you are made to get insurance to boost the bill. It is just another company....this location....that sells you crap to get you in at the last minute.

Unexpected expenses are automatically costly to renter. That is not fair in this business age. But the service was excellent. I was very well informed by the associate on site.

Very very disappointed in this facility... the workers tell you one thing... then something else happened... the most important things were taken out of my storage unit after being told that if I brought money first thing in the morning I would be okay. Instead I couldn’t get a courtesy call to know that my things were taken.

There was a huge disconnect between the information I obtained via your Call Center Customer Service, and the actual processing of my storage rental onsite. You must train your Call Center associates [mine was Leslie] to inform potential renters they will have to go through an additional [somewhat lengthy] process onsite. Yes I'm thoroughly disappointed in my overall experience, but I still rented a [needed] unit; and I will not recommend this company to anyone.
