Can't get into the gate because of the tow truck business is either on your property or directly across the street directly in front of the gate . its very difficult to make that turn with that stupid tow truck there. You people need to do something about that !

HORRIBLE!!!, DON'T SPENT MONEY HERE! I'm active-duty personnel, my family and I move constantly. Because we were moving to a city, I had to get a storage to put most of our belonging (due to new apartment been too small). I chose this place, and the experience has not been good. First, they will keep adding every 3 months an estimated extra amount of $10 to $15 dollars. You ask for the reason and they will tell you is because of “inflation”. Bad service when I did not receive the promotion I was given at the time of signing up, I had to call and stay on the phone for a long time to wait for a supervisor to fix it. The light where my storage is does not work and every time I come I can’t get into the storage my access code is wrong and I can’t reach anyone on the phone because I can only come after I get off work which is at night but I can’t get into my storage unit after being told by a supervisor that I would be able to

My storage the floors are dirty with mice or rat feces the top of the storage it's no security of of the ceiling it's some type of chicken wire that you have for a ceiling but it looks like someone took part of it in different places and loose I didn't notice it until we were in the middle of it, it need to be secure for safety hopefully you got cameras covering my unit so no one won't steal my belongings in the unit she told me it would be a while before maintenance can fix the ceiling so no one won't come in and steal my t... read more

The storage building was dirty and unkempt. Cloths and garbage everywhere. Our storage unite was clean. The unit manager who was suppose to be on site (according to the door sign and website, was nowhere to be found….and we were there on and off all day. Disappointing at this point.

There is NO ceiling/rooftop on my storage unit! There are NO signs and it is a horrendous mission to locate my storage unit and then not get lost coming back. The lights do NOT automatically go on. You have to search for a dial switch. The facility is subpar!

I came in on Dec 31st to get my lock and make sure I could access my unit. I was given the lock and told I was good to go. I came back on the 1st and there was a lock that needed to be removed from the unit. Since it was a holiday no one was available to unlock my unit and I had to pay to extend my U-Haul another day just to be able to unload it.

Need to have customer restroom and covered loading and unloading area. Also you need to improve on your cleanliness.

This place is NOT climate controlled. Thank goodness I was only storing a few items. So I was in and out but I felt like I was dripping in sweat just after a couple of minutes of entering unit. Warning to anyone who is moving and needs to store items...choose another facility if moving in the summer or warm months. This place has no air conditioning and you will sweat yourself silly. Besides that, if you're in the Northwest area this place is cheaper than other locations.
