I am disappointed with my truck rental experience at Store Space. When I rented my storage unit, I asked to rent the truck for the following day. Once I got home and received an email, it stated I needed to return the truck by 1am (8 hours after I rented the UNIT). I did not ask to rent it the day I rented the unit. Competitive prices don't reflect the "Tenant Protection Program" for about $20 extra per month, and that only provides provides very limited renter protection - not insurance for sure. To waive that Plan and not pay that fee, the renter has to completely give up any future claim against anything the staff may do wrong, anything. So ask about this before you rent.

I was told over the phone that I would qualify for 15% military discount after the first 3 months! This was one of the main reasons I chose this storage location. When I got to the location, found out I didn’t qualify for a discount. The location is still good And the unit was clean. Office members were professional and courteous, but all employees need to be on the same page and not pass conflicting information.
