This storage facility is fairly new which is why I chose to store my vehicle there. The problem is the few parking spaces they have for vehicles are all the way in the back and with very little space to actually park a large vehicle. The parking spaces are not marked so I really didn’t know where to park my vehicle and there was no one there to help me of course. AFTER 5 DAYS, MY GATE CODE IS STILL NOT ACTIVE! I AM STILL USING AT COMMON GATE CODE? THE ENTRY OFF BEAR CREEK IS VERY DIFFICULT BECAUSE THE MEDIAN ISN'T PAVED AND THE UNEVEN CURB CAUSED THE LOAD ON OUR TRAILER TO SHIFT. BECCI WAS NICE AND HELPFUL BUT NEEDS HELP BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE IS CLOSED ON THURSDAY AND SUNDAY SINCE SHE'S YOUR ONLY EMPLOYEE

Hard to get a live person on the phone. I couldn’t find my space because they sent me to the wrong location. Free lock n key was not available so I bought my own. Very confusing on the numbered units wasted an hour looking for my unit.

No one was in the office when the business was open. I called the telephone number provided by the sign in the door. They got me to my storage unit. When I opened up the storage unit, there was no key. While still on the phone, they then tell me to go to another location down the street. The new unit they sent me to to get a lock, was being used. They said to go to Walmart to pick up a lock and they’d pay me back. I asked for my money back because I had already paid online.

Good service, unit was cleaned. However, I am not happy that when I got the first unit in August because I went into the site, I did not get the free lock. Only because the gentleman was on site and not in the office, I called and did the reservation on the phone, they gave me a free lock. That is not good customer service with the amount of money I am paying monthly.

I cancel my reservation the same day i do it because the price was higher than said at the web but they charge 31 for reservation and 139 dollar dor month never use this...

I reserved in error i saw the page and show me a good price ...i call to cancel it when they send me a contract wiyh 139 price and 25 more dollar and 31 of reservation....it is yoo far of me and they doesnt matter charge me full price...they get my money for free i never go in...never return my money back and never use that storage
