I reserved in error i saw the page and show me a good price ...i call to cancel it when they send me a contract wiyh 139 price and 25 more dollar and 31 of reservation....it is yoo far of me and they doesnt matter charge me full price...they get my money for free i never go in...never return my money back and never use that storage

I rented the unit on Tuesday during the day, I called and set everything up online prior to going to the property. Upon arriving to the property I used the gate code that was given to me when I came in and signed my contract. I got there around 5:40pm the same day. The code that was given did not work. I had a truck load full of items and it was raining. I called the 800 number the representative advised me she had contacted the property manager and someone would be down shortly. Ordered my storage a week in advance, checked in nice lady showed us space. Arrived back few hrs later and code did not work. Called emergency # but did not answer. We were unable to complete our move because of this. Called Monday spoke to Manger said it should work but assigned temp # in case. We arrived and code still did not work but temp code did. Not sure why our code didn’t work. The fees were deducted same day reservation was made. Therefore, my accommodations should have been taken care of same way you take payment... read more
