I have rented from you since 2016. But my rent almost doubled in the last two years. You are adding rental insurance. This is during a pandemic. So I down sized from $1400 to the $300 a month. I only noticed increase when it was time to pay on the invoice. I don’t know what it be next month I’ll guess I’ll wait and see. Office help was the high point. Now it’s changing.
