The check in process went relatively smoothly. The code to the gate did not work the 1st time we tried it from the outside gate entrance and it needed to be reset. We don't care for the open fenced style storage areas versus the walled storage areas. The biggest issue is there aren't enough carts for transporting items to your assigned storage space. We have a space toward the end of the building and we only found 1 cart that is shared between the building areas.
