We needed a climate controlled 10x20 storage unit and found Store Space online. Reserving the unit online was very easy, however, the original unit we were assigned was in the far back corner - a long walk for elderly people. We asked if we could be moved to another unit and Dinah reassigned us to an available, closer unit. We find the unit and building to be nice, clean, well lighted and without any odor.
