I have been extremely impressed with the service and facility at Store Space so far. The staff have been courteous and helpful whenever I'm there, and I feel safe storing my belongings there. Major credit to Michael for going above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable moving our stuff in.

I spoke with the manager Michael about a unique situation. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me and my friend. His compassion, kindness and understandings I not go unnoticed. He is an excellent man and employee and would be an amazing employee anywhere he goes and it’s a great addition to any company. I cannot even express how thankful I am to him.

Elijah, who i believe was the onsite manager was very helpful and his disposition was a delight. He was very professional when it came to upgrading my space and just an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this space to any one in my future that are in need of this service. There was another gentlemen with him who was also super friendly and helpful. I have had one to two units at this facility since 2015. I 've seen lots of changes and the rockiest part, a few years ago, was when they turn over management and let things fall apart. For a period of time, it became very impersonal, corporate, and distant, dirty and smelly. It felt like no one was in charge and caring. I was on my way out when I met Elijah. I was on my way out the door, I had a storage unit for awhile before you guys brought the place and was unhappy with everything that was taken place from upkeep to the basement having issues. Elijah's patience his willingness to listen and that fact that he cared enough to do something about the issues that encumbered me made me change my mind. he found me a more suitable unit and made sure he explain everything to me so i had a better grasp of storage as a whole.
