Elijah, who i believe was the onsite manager was very helpful and his disposition was a delight. He was very professional when it came to upgrading my space and just an overall great experience. I have had one to two units at this facility since 2015. I 've seen lots of changes and the rockiest part, a few years ago, was when they turn over management and let things fall apart. For a period of time, it became very impersonal, corporate, and distant, dirty and smelly. It felt like no one was in charge and caring. I was on my way out when I met Elijah. I was on my way out the door, I had a storage unit for awhile before you guys brought the place and was unhappy with everything that was taken place from upkeep to the basement having issues.
