Customer service was great the employee was very nice and helpful but the units wasn’t what I was expecting spiderwebs ,water in the floor and the humidity smell was strong and I don’t see like enough supervision of units I hope my belongings stay safe in this place thanks

If this would allow me to vote ZERO stars I would. This place was absolutely disgusting. You might want to check those units for a dead body because that's what it smelled like in there. You make it unbelievable hard to move things in and it looks like a place where people could get murdered and sex trafficked. I moved some of my things in and then the elevator stopped working so we got the rest of my stuff and packed it back up into a car and moved it to another facility that was 1000 times cleaner and nicer than Store Spac... read more
