There appears to be a ring of thieves that is working at the Store Space storage facility in St. Petersburg, FL. They are looking for 'improperly locked' units. My STRONG FEELING (and that of the 5 other recent victims of a break in and theft) is that this is a criminal organization run by someone on site AT THE FACILITY I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS 4th Street location.
