I rented a unit on 3/18 at a prorated price. I never got a lock or a key to the unit. I ended uo not needing the unit and never put anything in it. I canceled the unit on 4/1. Hours later after canceling, they charged my card for the unit that I canceled. I've been getting the run around. No one will help me, I get q different story every single time I call. I filed claim two months ago when the entire building was robbed including my unit. No response to my emails from TPP claim department just clearly ignore every email I sent. The detective on my case said this the second time those building was robbed I had no knowledge of the first one of course. I am hiring a lawyer I know that they will get through because I sure can't.im posting all pictures of incident on social media ASAP. I can't wait any longer. This company is heartless.
I rented a unit in Columbus, Ga at the Ford Drive Facility. I paid 138.00 dollars a month. I had my whole house of furniture in there in 10 months I go to get some things out and low and behold, every thing I've owned is ruined , Rats have urinated and Defecated, chewed up my furniture. Store Space took over a building on my neighborhood, beginning its build out in 2019. In the process of the build out the company damaged property, blew massive amounts of styrofoam pellets into the air for days, which covered the surrounding private properties and is still here months later, left it's garbage on the side to blow all over the neighborhood, had its workers working at night by car headlight, had workers waking up the neighborhood at 2 and 3am, and left bare bulb bright lights on all night to shine right into o... read more
Very unprofessional location on 103rd. Never returns any calls but sends email stating they do. I vacated on February 3rd and have contacted them since then and no response back but they continue to try to charge my account DAILY for space in not renting anymore. I've also send serveal emails and also received no responds. I will like to speak with a human being and not a voicemail they never check.
In the beginning i needed a storage and was skeptical. I would not get a storage and a friend encouraged me. My friend and I spoke often and i complained about this storage. there are children on the lot playing in a secured facility and men following the rail road tracks hopping the fence all times of day sleeping in the storage in the stair ways. Have not been here for even half a month and I have a padlock on my unit. There's no on-site manager. The location isn't as they portrayed while on the phone. They tell you that they have cameras there's none then tell you they're sending you a code to open the main door there's none. The on-site manager yells at you for no apparent reason. Made a payment and the red lock is on it then I drive around and there's over 20+ others with the same issue..
I have been told on numerous occasions that the regional manner was going to give me a call to discuss access issues. I have told them every month for 6 months I've wanted a call. No call, increased rent and poor service. Will be getting out as soon as I can.
In six months time my monthly rate went from 232 to 300. There is 0 grace period on payments and the late fee us extremely excessive for 5 days late at a rate of 53$.After being two days late I was denied access to my unit ,locked out and charged 53 $. After calling and letting them know I'm on SSD and receive my alimony from tge state of fl disbursement between the 5th and 7th of the month.
