when I showed up Sunday 10/17 to pick up my key they were closed due to covid related issues. They could have em me of the closure. That’s the proper way to handle a closure!

I would like to send a huge Thank you to Tina, the manager. She went above and beyond to assist me in closing out my storage unit. I had began encountering some strange personal instances which was preventing me from cleaning and closing my unit. Tina took the time to listen and offer assistance as she was trying to solve my issues. Long story short Tina is the BEST. She deserves a raise !!
