Tina did a really great job of handling our request and providing us a perfect storage solution. My reduction in stars is for the short staffing of office, where she was handling two to three incoming calls and three persons in the waiting area. Our wait was only 20-25 minutes, but still unnecessary. And I can't imagine the calls that were missed when she had to walk away to show us our unit. Thanks for asking, and for listening to the constructive comments!
