Not even close to 5 stars. First and uppermost, I can't get into my storage space. Twice now I am locked out which means I am paying for a space I can't access. The parking lot is a disgrace with all the pot holes and broken fence.NO,, I did not see this before renting the space because someone else's rented it for me. I moved from 2.5 hrs south so I could not make the trip up also because I am somewhat handicapped. If you really mean it when you say you care about costumers satisfaction, put your money where your mouth is.... read more
