Great place and convenient
My experience at Is Store Space in Totowa has been nothing but stellar. Patrick is patient and pays attention to details When it came to helping me with my invoicing and also noticing that I didn't properly lock my unit. I greatly appreciated the phone call to alert me of that situation. Joyce is extremely accommodating, kind and patient as she assisted me with acquiring a second unit over the phone, signing me up for insurance and handling all of the processes with ease and grace. This is the 4th storage place I have rented. This is the only one that is always clean, comfortable temperature wise, pleasant workers and willing to help in any way they can. Patrick is awesome!
I leave the storage needs to my boyfriend and this is the only place he has not complained about. So that tells me it is good!
So far so good. Clean facility, friendly staff, 1 mile from my home. Very happy!!!
