The staff is the best , hands down , no qualms . the facility is clean and appears to be secure, unless you have one of the HUGE outside units plan on carting and walking and there are too few carts

Facility is great. The only issue I had was I was told there would be a lock inside the unit. Once I opened the unit there wasn’t a lock anywhere to be found. I called the customer service number and the operator directed to another unit with a combo lock with new door locks inside. I was then able to lock my unit. Other then that everything went smooth for an after hours rental.

The manager Amanda is amazing, so helpful and treats people like she values their business, I was going to rent 3 units but the assistant manager was very rude and demanded I go else where because I needed to use 2 carts ( buying multiple units ) he told me to take my business elsewhere, I knew this place was better than that so I decided to wait on Amanda to return to work the following day.
