I would of given you 5 stars but no one had informed of the 12 charge for insurance. plus the guy who unlocked my unit and worked the front desk was very snobby and made me feel like I was stupid cause I didn't know about the fee.. so I suggest you make sure to add that somewhere in your brochure or whatever advertisment you have going on.. also either retrain the guy who helped me or fire him and hire new.. just saying.. other then that I love your place and I am very happy with my unit.. just wish you guys were open later

The over online experience was very easy and the call center rep was very professional with completing the storage rental process. When arriving to the storage facility the staff was very welcoming and greeted me was soon as I walked into the store with a smile.
