I needed a storage unit last minute during a big move, and this place was a lifesaver! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made the process incredibly easy. Honestly, I was impressed by how clean and secure the facility was - I’ve accessed my unit several times, and it’s always been a hassle-free experience. It’s clear they take great care of their customers. Highly recommend to anyone in need of storage!
Let’s see where to begin, They called me and asked if I moved out of the unit I said no, Then they proceed to tell me that the locks were gone and it’s empty, And the strange part is whoever took our stuff swept it out, They told me it didn’t go to auction , So why aren’t their cameras near where my unit was ? I was in need of storing extra items that were taking up garage space and found Store Space Self Storage on Dixie Highway had just what I was looking for- nearby, controlled climate, and reasonable pricing. I went today to sign my contract and couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Access is easy, yet very secure, very clean. Kudos to Trevor for showing me all of the ways I could access my unit, and for how he keeps the whole place as clean as I've ever seen a storage facility.
My first time ever renting a storage unit during a very stressful move and they made the experience wonderful. I can’t praise this place highly enough. I’d forgotten to lock my unit and received a phone call from their employee Trevor who informed me he put a lock on it for me to protect my belongings. He was so nice and understanding on the phone and clearly cared about giving me quality customer service. Give that man a raise immediately.
How do I start? This was my first time renting a storage unit for myself and on my own! And let’s say this was the worst experience I’ve had, Angela has terrible customer service skills and communication skills.
