Let’s see where to begin, They called me and asked if I moved out of the unit I said no, Then they proceed to tell me that the locks were gone and it’s empty, And the strange part is whoever took our stuff swept it out, They told me it didn’t go to auction , So why aren’t their cameras near where my unit was ? Honestly, I was impressed by how clean and secure the facility was - I’ve accessed my unit several times, and it’s always been a hassle-free experience. It’s clear they take great care of their customers. Highly recommend to anyone in need of storage!
Angela was very responsive to my inquiry and she was very pleasant to talk to. The unit was clean and the grounds were clean as well. Give Store Space a try when looking for storage units.
Missy was lovely! So helpful! Definitely 10/10 place to store your stuff! Great prices too :) Update: moved out after a year bc they raised their prices (BY DOUBLE), but man, the staff is exceptional!!!!! if Trevor could work in every customer service business this world would be a kinder place!! Would recommend this place to anyone (for a year hahaha) just because their staff care and help you.
