I’ve tried twice to see an available unit at the Bixby, Ok location. I reserved one before going. No luck and pathetic customer service. First time I show up at the location and the girl inside comes to the door and informs me I have to come back at 2 because she’s off the clock. She was sitting on a folding chair looking at her phone. I ask if i can just walk back on my own because I took my lunch break to come see it. I attempted to contact Storelocal about my rental charges. I was supposed to be contacted within 48 hours. Never heard from anyone. I then called my rental location and they took the information, said they would be back to me. Still have not heard from anyone.

Online forms, or websites or accounts have never worked which always cost me late fees which are bogus since it’s not on my end ad well always being worked on, never call backs from offices about the fees I’ve been charged and told I’ll get calls back even though tried to always get through on time as well as unless you talk to a live person at the actual site you can never be assisted and now the autopay charge and all the fees is making it ridiculous so not pleased since new ownership/ management took over as it has turne... read more

The availability and accessibility are subpar. Also, there is now a threat of people breaking into the storage shed. The only plus is the politeness of the guy working the front.
