Everything was great. The only thing I wasn't happy with was there were always cars and trucks parked at the end of our row making it difficult with a U Haul truck to easily turn. Same with the very close and tight rows. Not a fan. Customer service, location and cleanliness of storage unit and facility all 5*

This storage facility used to be a 5 star experience but since it was sold to Store local it doesn't even deserve 1 star . The new manager Nicole is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with .

SHAUNNA THE YOUNG LADY THAT RUNS THE FACILITY IS ALWAYS JOHNNY ON THE SPOT! WHENEVER I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR ANYTHING DONE AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE IS ALWAYS SO RELIABLE AND PROMPT TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER WHICH IS RARE THESE DAYS IN MY OPINION. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE!

I have taken over this storage account more than a year ago. I have given all pertinent documentation. I have given all of my contact information..And still this account is still tied to my spouse, however if the bill deemed late (which isn't due to being drafted by automatic payments), they have no trouble in contacting my by phone. It is truly upsetting to continue to be badgered about something that is already paid through my account. I have given my email account, but it still goes to my spouses email.

This store is always on the ruder side of customer service. Most times then not, the experience is very 50/50 of what kind of service you will receive as a renter. I understand people have off days, however, when you are needing to make a payment and when you mishear a question you shouldn’t get passive aggressive to a renter who is willing to provide necessary information to complete a payment.

I get charged extra fees for not having a credit card and it is ridiculous. I’m struggling to pay my bills as it is. I half to deal with it cause I cannot find a different storage place.

I have been renting there for almost two and a half years I have no complaints other than you don’t email the rent payment receipts anymore
