I have been renting there for almost two and a half years I have no complaints other than you don’t email the rent payment receipts anymore

Great Mr Allen was a great person and he explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything and even made sure I knew who the manager was
I removed my belongings before the month of December 2022 from F11 unit before Jan 1, 2023 to avoid any charges, but was still charged a prorated fee for dates Jan. 1, 2023 thru Jan. 4, 2023.. I was constantly calling Store Local for days to notify them that I had removed my property from the unit. When I finally spoke with customer rep. at store local I was told that I had to pay the prorated fee because she didn't know about the move and that she needed a 5-day notice from me to vacate the unit.
