Stover's did the job for Fred & Sharon Meyer. We came home from vacation and found the entry way ceiling wet and starting to come down. After shutting off the water to the house and removing a portion of the damage sheet rock, we found duct work was obscuring the source of the water leak. Stover's restoration promptly came out and found HVAC workers that came out that day to remove the ducting. With the ducting removed, the plumber was able to fix the leak. RecommendedStover's Restoration is a Great company! We had a burst pipe in our basement. I contacted them in the evening and Zach A. came out immediately to assess the damage. He was very informative and helpful. They were back out the next morning to start on the work of cleanup. They did a wonderful job and are so very nice. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and neighbors!

Within a few hours of filing my insurance claim, Stover's called and were sending someone out. Shawn doesn't cover our area, but was assigned to start our water restoration. He checked everything out and explained the process. We had removed the carpet and padding, but he determined the water had gone under our laminate flooring as well. I was prepared to move all our furniture, but he indicated that was part of his job. Great service and pleasant!

I had actually cancelled my appointment with Stover thinking that the damage to my basement could be handled independently. I am so thankful that the receptionist sent Shawn my way. He worked tirelessly all day to clean out the yucky sewer water-damaged articles in my basement as well as the walls and baseboard pieces that need to be replaced. With the problem of a broken copper pipe to the outside of our home to the inside of the basement.........It split and sprayed water all over the basement with much accumulation of water in the storage area and also leaking out to three other rooms under the carpet.
