RecommendedWhen I called at 9 AM, exhausted and stressed out, I dealt with a super friendly scheduler who was so on top of it and nice - she also had someone out by 1030 AM to take care of me. Shawn, who came out to help, was ah-may-zing. So helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. All while dealing with people who have zero experience with possible mold or restoration work that are, again, exhausted and stressed. These people are so amazing and caring in a horrible situation! They helped out so much and will sit and listen if you just need to tell them a story. Every part of what they do and everyone of them were amazing and so hope you don’t need to use them but in case you do call Stovers. We have had an amazing experience with Stovers. They responded immediately when we had a pipe burst that caused a lot of water damage in our basement. They worked great with our insurance company. I asked a ton of questions and never made my husband or I feel dumb for not knowing what we were doing. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Shawn was efficient, professional and friendly. We had to have our duct work cleaned and our basement dried out after a water inlet in our bathroom broke. The water drained into our duct work and leaked into our basement. We would use Stovers again and recommend them to others.

We didn’t even know where to start when our basement flooded. Stover’s was able to send someone out within 2 hours and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and made sure we understood every step they took. Eric P. was our main technician and he made this a great experience when we were in a frustrating situation. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
