Verified Renter So far, mostly good. My HVAC and my clothes dryer don't work, so that's really the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Hopefully that will be resolved soon. The staff has been really friendly and responsive.

Verified Renter Good neighbor kids can enjoy there self safely. Just not to happy about the maintenance service here. An the people parking an hitting my car.

Verified Renter Overall, I’ve had a pretty decent experience living here. The location is convenient, the community is generally quiet, and the apartment itself has been a comfortable place to live. There have been some maintenance issues during my time here, and communication with management can sometimes be a little frustrating. Verified Renter Been a resident here for 2 and a half years and so far I really don’t have any complaints just wish there were better parking for the residents it’s almost like we fight for a parking space daily some households have vehicles than others and tend to hold parking spaces but other than that I don’t have any issues
