DONT MOVE HERE! old appliances, "water bugs" AKA ROACHES, drug dealers in and out of my next door neighbors apartment, quiet neighborhood with way too many kids that love to skip school. I have found children on my back porch skipping school and stealing patio chairs and smoking on my patio, I have had to call the Truancy Police also for them. Not the best place to live I have been living in my townhouse for 3 years. It started out great, the cost of rent for my 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath was amazing to me. I was excited to have gotten such a great value. But I realized after years of living here that the value decreases a lot the more time you are there. Honest Review after three years of observation These people are common thieves! I think it's because none of them have lived there long enough. Once you've lived in over a year then you know that Stratford Hills is filled with mice, cockroaches, old floors that fall down through other floors from water damage, and many visits in and out of your apartment by strange men.
