Jamal, the maintenance supervisor is doing an amazing job. He’s efficient with handling the maintenance order request in a timely fashion. I’ve lived here 8 years, since The Strathmore has been renovated into these apartments - Jamal is by, far the Best Maintenance Worker this apartment has had. I recently had a fantastic experience with the maintenance man Jamal at my apartment. He promptly unclogged my drains and communicated effectively throughout the process. His professionalism and efficiency were top-notch.
My experience with Strathmore was the greatest!! I was in my apartment in 30 days. I was able to get the apartment I wanted and the process was smooth. Their management team is the best. They tailored my needs. I am very thankful and happy that I choose Strathmore Apartment as my home sweet home.
The unprofessionalism alone is enough to make someone avoid this building at all costs. From the initial phone call it was obvious to me that this is not a place that I want to do business with. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and their website doesn't reflect the units available.
Seems a decent building, receptionists are nice but overworked and for whatever reason, your time will be wasted in the renting process--they will lose track of your application, make you wait weeks while reassuring you only to deny you for a technicality that could've been pointed out with a single glance.
