The building may not be perfect, but the management office is incredibly supportive. I can honestly say that I’ve never had such an attentive property manager as Ms. Angela. If you bring an issue to her attention, she addresses it promptly and professionally, ensuring it is taken care. I am thankful to have her.
Jamal, the maintenance supervisor is doing an amazing job. He’s efficient with handling the maintenance order request in a timely fashion. I’ve lived here 8 years, since The Strathmore has been renovated into these apartments - Jamal is by, far the Best Maintenance Worker this apartment has had.
