I bought a 2005 mustang GT , 5 months ago and then I had to pay $9800 in repairs, I asked the dealer if they would buy the car back and they told me, to pay $6000 more on the can and they would counsider it, what I can’t understand why they would not even try to help me you are buying a better car back then what you sold me, so I told the bank to come and pick it.
(From Former Employee) The Good, the Bad and the Ugly! This company is embarrassing and presents significant challenges in terms of working conditions, workplace culture, and management practices. A typical day is marked by a stressful environment, characterized by micromanagement from senior leadership, including sales managers and the Director of Sales. Over my four-year tenure, I have experienced ongoing instability among both employees and management, contributing to a persistently toxic atmosphere. Management appears to... read more
Since this is about the sixth request for a review, here goes… Absolutely no info was shared (I asked) about the engine in my Firebird. I would think that anyone buying a classic car would need some basic specs (without revealing the seller) to enable the new owner the necessary info for properly tuning their new car. The engine has a lumpy cam - unknown specs, that has created a very unpleasant excessively rich idle that makes driving the car almost impossible due to the fumes. Had there been more information shared, tuning... read more
Business response:
We can appreciate Jim's concern with limited information on the engine's internals in his Firebird. We do our best to share all information we have been given or receive from the sellers of the vehicles we sell. Sometimes, we can provide every receipt and document for a vehicle. Sometimes, we have little to nothing. It is dependent on what is available for us to share. We know customers appreciate this information, so we do our best to capture as much as possible and relay it to prospective buyers to make the most accurate a... read more
Bought a 1966 chevelle. The transmission was pouring fluid. Turn signal arm handle was off lieing in console said they didn’t no it was leaking. They said never leak in building and after driving it. But all I did was load it up on trailer and it was pouring out. I think I got shafted. Bad business
Business response:
I think ya’ll should have made this right
Bought a truck and the brakes are bad costing me $1300 no seatbelts very disappointing and in contact with the dealer services dmv. Be very careful when buying from them they don’t inspect like they say all lies.
Bought a 1971 restored c10 from this company for about 60k and come to find out the paint was bad on the whole truck u can chip away the paint with your finger nail… called them and told them about the problem and was told not there problem pretty much sold as is… but when spending that kind of money u would think the truck would be in great shape… so now I’m stuck paying 40k for new paint…. Buyers please beware of what you buy from this place
Business response:
Since you also posted a review on Google, we have modified and updated our response from there. We are sorry you are continuing to have issues with the truck. As you initially saw when you came to inspect the truck in person, we all thought the paint was in excellent condition. Otherwise, you or anyone else who inspected the vehicle in person would have disagreed with the asking price based on paint quality and condition. As previously mentioned, we do not build or perform any bodywork on these vehicles, and we couldn’t have... read more
Buyer beware as Derrick do not give full disclosure of the condition of the vehicle.
Business response:
We are sorry you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We attempted to contact you to discuss your situation but have been unable to connect. While these are as-is, no-warranty purchases, we are happy to see if we can do anything to assist you. Incidentally, we suggested, and per your mechanic, he also suggested that you have an inspection done on the vehicle since we openly admit we can't know everything about every vehicle we sell since we do not build them nor put them through a grueling screening process before they are f... read more
When writing these reviews, I feel it's best to be honest about everything. Business live or die by the aggregate but so do customers. Steve West was a good salesman. He was polite, informative and willing to communicate information when necessary. Truth be told, I'd give this review a 5 out of 5 were there not only a couple of items that I can't not mention. First, the good/great-Steve was easy to deal with from the beginning. I new I wanted the car from the get-go, and I pounced on it, so I can't fault him for Streetside f... read more
Thought the overall communications was poor! Car was delivered filthy! Not Impressed! Boot was just thrown in the back seat. Spare tire was not hooked up to its holder. Car overall was poorly detailed. Whether it was the owner's responsibility or the Dealerships. The car was very dirty and there was no attention to detail. I didn't have a chance to negotiate for the things the car needs going forward.(Broken Car Radio Antenna, oil leak in engine compartment, car not starting in Park, chrome on passenger side window damaged.)... read more
