Good experience purchasing a car from Michael. Very professional and responsive to calls and texts. He even went the extra mile to physically pick up the title from the seller so I could get it sooner. My only suggestion would be to allow more of a test drive process before purchase.

Fairly simple process to sell my vehicle... my only complaint would be the level of customer service provided... Ellen was not very friendly at the close of the sale.... While Derrick was friendly, there was no communication from him after receiving my vehicle for sale.
Michael was very professional and a strong advocate for me as a seller. He was very responsive to me and made the transaction a very smooth process. I would highly recommend Streetside Classics.

I had never bought a car sight unseen before. What a great experience. My sales agent was on point every step of the way. The car was EXACTLY as represented in the pictures on their website. Also has a YouTube video that was a great touch to really see the car without having to go there in person. They also lined up a car transport that treated my car like gold. I'd say Tray did a fine job. I did the entire process over the phone and email. There was no pressure to buy, He relayed my offer and got back to me with the counter-offer in short order. The vehicle was displayed properly, and I got exactly what I could see and hear with my own 2 eyes. Buying any used car is caveat emptor. If you are not sure, keep looking.
