Wasn’t looked at on scheduled day. No initial contact from shop. Continued statements on vehicle disregarding reason for service. Damaged oil dipstick/not placed back correctly. No repairs completed. Lack of care for issues and concerns.
When I schedule an appointment, I expect to show up and receive services. When I request a quote, I expect someone to follow up with me in a timely manner. My experiences with Stress Free have not been satisfactory.
For a tie rod replacement, oil change, alignment, wiper blade set, transmission, and coolant exchange was over 1050 dollars on a 2010 scion xd. Went to other shops, bought the parts myself, and it was only 300$. Stress Free is terrible.
Brought parts I had purchased thinking I could do the work. At 68 y/o I am not flexible enough. Asked multiple times to have all used parts returned. Parts not returned, purchased parts came up missing. Cant trust a mechanic that cant read
It ticked me off they put on license plate covers on my car without asking. Do not put things on people's cars that is messed up. It is a violation of my property.
My experience was not great. I needed a wheel alignment and to change the coolant tank. Two weeks later, they said they couldn't do the alignment, because it had been at their shop for too long. I never did get the alignment. Also, they said they found a dangerous exhaust leak, but it shouldn't take two weeks to find that.
I felt like their work was sloppy and they made me wait longer than they said it would be. I wasn't very pleased after everything was said and done.
I had brought my truck in and what I was quoted by the previous owner, they didn't honor. Since I was going out of town and needed the work done, I felt that I had to have the work done although it was more expensive than I planned.
front end vibration problem. You replaced left front axle car still vibrated. I asked why you gave vague answer about transmission. I took to another shop they replaced right axle and it is fixed. You also wanted to replace new wipers
