The repair was handled well. The price for the service was more expensive than I had rather paid which means next time I may shop around more for quotes before letting Stress- Free do the job. despite me being satisfied with the repair as a whole. But I've only had it out for a week now more less. The mechanic explained the answers to my questions thoroughly.
$180 for a diagnostic that doesn't count towards the repair is ridiculous and nonsensical. I won't be back to any stress free location, but Justin is great. Might try to hire him away from you

I was quoted 125.00 on my glc300 by Cody the day before when I get there they say 199.50. I left counter man got me in parking lot said ok on 125.00 This isn't stress free plus 90 min. To due oil change .
A simple changing out of power steering pump turned into keeping the vehicle for a whole week. The core return was not subtracted from the total price of the job. The shop didn't meet the repair window. They keep delaying repairs.
AC working-but doesn’t feel as cold as I have experienced with new compressors. Price was way higher that initially expected esp for a none OEM part. Not sure if I would return to the shop. Missing some retaining clips for the undercover.
My key was broken also the latch for my gas
Appointment at 9:30 for basically an oil change and tire rotation, was almost there for 2 hours
