Technician helped me with my car when it broke down at a nearby intersection. After I got the car at the service cdnter for repairs, the service was prompt and reliable. The manager evenhelped me with transportation to retrieve my car.

I have been to 4 different auto repair shops, trying to find one that I can trust after my regular mechanic retired last year. Stress-Free has given me excellent customer service, quality repairs and the best value for the work done. They definitely live up to their name! I'm from out of town and needed an oil change and tire rotation. Getting my appointment online was very easy. They got me in quickly, did what I asked for, good price and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. Good experience, I'd recommend them.

I brought my truck in for a problem with it stalling when at the light. After paying $2100. To have it fixed and guess what? It still stalls at the light. THE problem I brought it in for remains and I'm out $2100. I think I've been ripped off and as a disabled vet I think it takes a special kind of low life to rip off a disabled vet, I will be notifying the VA, people should be warned. "Stress-Free" is an oxymoron. If I could leave a negative start review, I would. I had my car towed here after a coolant leak, and I was told the upper radiator hose and thermostat were out, and was quoted at nearly $1000 for the repair. I then had my car towed down the street to another shop, who said the thermostat was completely fine, and only needed an upper radiator hose. I had the repair done for $270. They said they price matched but then failed to price match the 2 quotes I was given by 2 different shops. I'm the one providing all the parts but was told that they would be losing money if they ended up price matching the other shops. I Had an appointment that they canceled but didn't inform me. Wasted my time arriving and wasn't able to get expected car service. This was always my go to for repairs, but no longer, I guess they didn't need my money.
I had my car towed there on the 9th of March the people are nice the operator set me up with an appointment everything was moving smoothly they found out it was the transmission had to call them and ask about updates they said it would be up dates and video when they work on your car received neither it took them a week to get back to me about the problem and I talked to one techinican he told me he would check out on rebuilt transmission a company they go through never heard nothing back until today which it was the same p... read more

Took 2 hrs to replace a tire i almost missed my doc appointment staff is really nice tho great service just wished it was quicker for the basic things since it was 45$
