I brought my car in for an oil change and I was told that there was a little bit of a longer wait than expected and it would take about an hour and a half. The waiting room was very nice and welcoming. Femi was very nice and respectful. I didn't know that they would do a diagnostic check on the car, but I wasn't pushed to accept any work recommended as what typically happens every time I take my car anywhere to get looked at. I took my car for service oil and filter change. It was an awesome experience. Femi is the manager and he was so nice. They were really busy. So he ordered a lyft home since it was going take a least two hours. I have used them previously and each time it has been a rewarding experience. Nice clean environment. Snacks and coffee free. Tv . Music and temperature perfect. Value of service was good.

My experience was bitter sweet! I came in asking for a lot to be looked at with all the diagnosis it's was 400 without any service done. My warranty didn't cover the ac and partial the window motor and regulato. I was quoted 2000 just for those too. I jist could'not afford it due to my warranty didn't cover my issues. The gentleman at the front desk really worked with me and offered to help me out and at least get my ac fixed. I paid 435 for my ac hose and 1 diagnostics and ac recharge. that was pricey too but I'm thankful I... read more

Very knowledgeable and helpful with diagnosis and need repairs. My only complaint would be that they take online appointments that begin at 8am but don't tell you only that repair personnel don't arrive until 9am. So if you want to wait for repair you will be waiting extra time. I understand why but they should inform you of that when scheduling early appt.

I went in for the mandatory emissions test. My appointment was for 12:30 and I was on the way home by 12:50. The people were professional and friendly.
