I enjoy visiting to have oil change friendly environment. I was referred to them. I have been going every since.
My wife came in for a synthetic oil change- She specifically asked if all the fluids would be checked and filled, especially the windshield washer fluid; was told yes. She got almost home and decided to check the washer fluid; not a drop!! And it was documented that all fluids were checked and windshield fluid added. She said the hood was popped during service, so she never saw anyone check anything; not even the wipers as documented! She’ll never be back there!
