Like the communications between workers who actually changed the oil. Asked them to check fluid levels. They did not check transmission or brake fluid. Attempted to check the engine air filter but gave up trying to remove the air filter cover. They did not check tire air pressure. They did not vacuum the floor Mats.

Quick and efficient. However I am not sure how through they were. It was so quick I am not sure I got my money’s worth.
