Seemed to be unorganized, maybe because someone was relatively new! After the oil was drained I sat for over 15 minutes before finally Tyler came over and finished my vehicle! He was very professional and has very good people skills! This is the first time I was not in and out in 15! Minutes! I understand it’s difficult to get and retain good people!
