They were friendly and explained every thing clearly without being demeaning or impatient. They did a thorough inspection while changing the oil just like they said and told me what they were doing as they did it and never pushed me to buy a replacement part or piece. Did I mention that I didn’t even have to get out of my car?!?!?!? And that is HUGE because I am in a wheelchair due to being a paraplegic and I was able to rest my shoulders and converse with them as they did their job and I was in and out in 11 minutes and tha... read more
