The oil change itself was fine. The crew was pleasant and professional. However, if you send someone a coupon through email you should honor it. Had a $15 off any service Labor Day coupon that expires on September 10 and tech said it was for Labor Day only. Coupon only has an expiration date, not a beginning date. He did give me $7 off, but still...Tell Memphis he needs to do a little additional training.
