Staff took the time to professionally communicate with me and set my expectations. The 2 lines ahead of me were 5 cars deep, so it wasn't going to be a in/out proposition. In response, staff volunterily sent out some Deer Park Water. My 0nly problem was a) No Law Enforcement Discount and b) Senior Discounts on Sunday Only. Otherwise, my trip would've been perfect.

John and Carl were very helpful. Quick and easy. I noticed a sign about tire rotation but when I asked about it, they didn’t have a lift. Adding a lift to this location would be super!

Carl is outstanding, he really went out his way to help me today! Not only did he have good communication but his associates were also kind, talk me through everything, answered all my questions respectfully. I will be back in the future.

The oil change went well and they did it in a timely fashion. The one thing I didn’t like is you took away the teacher discount and they forgot to give me my repeat customer discount, which has happened on other occasions.
