The gentleman under my hood was very polite. I wasn't too happy after I paid $144 and no wiper fluid was added as I requested. Seems petty but not for a 58 yr. old woman.

Not complicated. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The manager was training my customer service guy. He spoke very respectful and kind and explain to both of us about the air filter. I felt appreciated, and that I was given quality service.
