I was enthusiastically greeted by a member of your team. I totally forgot to look to see his name, but I’m pretty sure he was managing. He told me how long I’d have to wait and assured me it wouldn’t be too long. Your team got my oil changed and checked all my tires due to receiving a warning that one of them was low. I was glad to be able to get my oil changed so quickly so I could get to my other errands.
