I’ve been using Strickland Bros. for some time now. The service is adequate every time, but inconsistent. There’s obviously high turnover, as I have never seen the same faces. I get this, that is not the entire problem though. What I have a problem with is the customer service aspect. I have always enjoyed my military discount, but lately the pricing has been inconsistent. The staff was great but it was far from a 10 minute oil change. I’ve been here before and it was pretty quick. Today it took 45 minutes!
