When I first got there I guess the boss told the person that did my car to make the last lane the oil change lane (should have already been established by sign) next the computer should be on wheels so the person can look at the Vin# without walking back and forth next the person should have a printer in the last lane. Faster, more efficient and less walking JUST MY OPINION. the employee did a great job just to many steps
