Always quick, but last 2 visits I have been greeted with a “wuz up” and a blank stare. Not exactly what I have been used to at this location ….. usually get a discount for bringing my sticker back. Not this time

Well I was disappointed, had an oil change and inspection ($127.00). I would usually get the windshield cleaned and car vacuumed but did not? You have a lot of competition area so this little things matter to me!

I requested that my cabin air filter be checked. It was really dirty. The guy doing my car had to order it from O’Reilley’s just up the street and was told it would be delivered right away. Turns out the delivery person left to make deliveries but headed to Smithfield first, rather than deliver my filter first. The guy who ordered it went over to the store and bought another and I was quickly out the door. The guys are helpful and professional.
