I went in for an oil change with my head hanging low because I knew how badly I needed one and how long it had been since the last one. The gentlemen who helped me were SO incredibly nice and not condescending (which is what my normal experience is). They not only changed my oil but cleaned the corrosion (that I was also aware of but shamefully ignoring) that was all over my battery and told me a trick (can of coke) to clean it more and keep the corrosion at bay.
