My car was left overnight after being told that would be okay. It was supposed to be serviced first thing in this morning. My son called and was told it will be ready in 2 hours. Checked back and it was still not ready. Eventually car was serviced. Other than the miscommunication I was overall pleased with my service.

It was great. They offered us icy cold water to start with. Then I was asked what type of oil that we had used in the past and was then informed about all costs involved in our visit. Then they checked all lights in our car and the fluids and I believe tires. I was very pleased with our service.
