Both employees greeted me. One began focusing on my vehicle and checked blinkers, lights, etc...he was efficient and fast. He explained my options for my oil change, and checked all the fluids and gave me the results. He also gave me the option for a new air filter after showing it to me, and I agreed to replace it.

Bill and his crew are always friendly and efficient. I was told about a problem that I didn't know that I had (in cabin filter--it was filthy). Oil change was done in no time at all.
