The guy who was my main point of contact was friendly, personable and jumped in to help with my car's reset buttons. The guy who actually worked under the hood of my car (a different gentleman) worked efficiently and communicated whatever was expected (they shout certain things to each other that appear to maintain a system of efficiency and accuracy and coordination).
